CHAPTER 6:

Travel

The following information reflects EHP’s policy on travel.

 

Telecommuting Policy

 

After the ninety-day probation period, employees have the option of telecommuting on office days. Employees must have the appropriate computer software to complete their work from home. The timecard policy is the same as an out of town wedding. Employees must submit a signed copy of their hours to EHP. If employees fail to complete their work from home, their telecommuting privilege may be revoked.

 

Parking

 

Employees will receive a parking spot at EHP.

 

Mileage Reimbursement

 

When employees are required to travel for a session using their own vehicle, employees will be fully reimbursed. In additon to reimbursement, EHP agrees to pay employees .60 cents per mile driven. Mileage will be distributed in the following week’s paycheck.
