EHP Training Guide
CHAPTER 4:
Attendance
The following information reflects EHP’s policy on attendance.
Timekeeping Procedure
Employees will clock in using the time management log. This book is kept at the office. Employees will arrive and depart from the office even when working an event or wedding. If the wedding is out of town and requires the employee to stay in a hotel, the employee will track his or her own hours and submit a signed copy to EHP at the end of the trip.
Leave Policy
Employees must submit a typed letter of resignation at least thirty days in advance. Any projects must be finished by the last day of employment. Any equipment loaned to employee must be returned by the last day of employment.
Employees may go on a leave, but that leave must not exceed thirty days. If an employee wishes to go on leave for more than thirty days, the employee must resign and reapply when he or she wishes to return to EHP.
Termination Policy
EHP reserves the right to terminate any employee without notice. Written explanation of termination will be given to the employee in the case of breaking any policies in this manual.
