EHP Training Guide
CHAPTER 1:
Code of Conduct
The following information reflects EHP's code of conduct.
Photo Use
Employees are allowed to include work produced at EHP in a personal portfolio. Employees must cite that work was produced while under EHP. Employees are not allowed to resell images to clients or businesses of any kind.
Visitors in the Work Place
You may converse with visitors while shooting an event, but visitation must not affect your work. For example, talking to a friend during the bride and groom’s first kiss would be inappropriate and would result in a documentation to your record.
However, talking to a friend during the dinner part of a wedding is acceptable.
Employment of Relatives
EHP reserves the right to hire relatives, if the relationship does not affect work. If the employment of relatives becomes an issue, EHP will go through a process of reconciling the issue.
Change of Personal Data
Employees agree to submit a Change of Personal Data form when they need to change their address or name, ect.
Social Media Policy
When employees share images they shot while working at EHP, they must hashtag or credit EHP. Employees will not share negative content about EHP on social media. If employees are found to be guilty of sharing negative content about EHP, they will be subject to termination.
Employees may only use personal social media while on a break. If an employee demonstrates a problem regarding social media while on the clock, the employee may be subject to termination.
