Benefits

The following information reflects EHP’s policy on benefits.

 

401K

 

After a ninety-day probation period, employees have the option of opting in to a 401k plan. The options will be mailed to each employee sixty days into employment.

 

Insurance

 

After a ninety-day probation period, employees have the option of selecting insurance coverage. Insurance packages will be mailed to each employee sixty days into employment. Employees have the option to opt out of insurance coverage.

 

 

Holidays

 

EHP is closed on these days. Employees will not be paid for these days.

 

  • Christmas and Christmas Eve

  • New Years and New Year’s Eve

  • Thanksgiving

  • Easter

  • Fourth of July

 

Discount

 

Employees will receive a free family session every year in October. Employees must schedule their session with EHP by

September in order to guarantee a date in October. The session covers up to six people. At EHP, we support our employees and their loved ones.

 

In addition, employees will also receive a 40% discount on sessions and a 20% discount on wedding packages.
